Job boards were abusing a lack of proactive management and charging rack-rate for high volumes of advertising, whilst dated tools meant that recruitment had become a chore amongst area managers. Our task was to reduce advertising costs whilst improving response, retention, and engagement within the business.

Analysed data to understand their best candidate pool and reengineered their attraction, tools, and process to reflect this. We dispelled a number of myths around recruitment helping them to work faster and with more purpose to fill their positions.
