Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
